my name is eleanor. i'm a 5th year Microbiology PhD student at UC Berkeley currently wrapping up my degree in Michi Taga's lab in the Plant and Microbial Biology department. some of my interests include environmental microbial communities, genomics, data visualization, climate justice, education, science journalism, storytelling, illustration, and outreach.
